We collect the account details you provide — such as your name, email address and optional profile information — and the learning data generated while you use the platform.

• Account: name, email, hashed password, plan status.
• Learning: attempts, answers, time per question, XP, streaks, badges.
• Technical: device type, browser, and approximate request metadata used for security.
• Support: messages you send us and any attachments you include.

Learning data is used to score attempts, build your analytics, calculate your leaderboard position and personalise what you see next. We do not sell personal data.

• Run and improve practice, mock tests and analytics.
• Keep your account secure and detect abuse.
• Respond to support and doubt requests.
• Send essential service messages about your account or plan.

We use a signed session cookie to keep you signed in and a local preference key to remember your theme and language choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform — for example payment processing and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to provide that service.

We may disclose information where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of learners and the platform.

Account and learning data are retained while your account is active so your progress, streaks and analytics stay intact. Support records are kept for a limited period for quality and dispute resolution.

If you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal identifiers while retaining aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions are signed, and access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel and audited tooling.

No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and tell us straight away if you notice anything unusual.

You can review and edit your profile at any time, change your notification preferences, or request a copy of your data.

The platform is intended for learners preparing for competitive examinations. Learners under 18 should use it with guardian consent.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app before the change takes effect.
