Terms of Use

You need a valid email address to create an account. One account per learner — sharing credentials, reselling access or running automated scripts against the platform is not allowed.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Do not impersonate another learner or a mentor.
• Learners under 18 should use the platform with a guardian's consent.

The question bank, explanations, illustrations and analytics are licensed to you for personal study. You may not scrape, bulk-export, republish or resell any part of the content.

You also agree not to interfere with the platform's availability, attempt to access other learners' data, or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service.

• No automated bulk downloading of questions.
• No uploading of malicious code.
• No attempts to bypass sectional timing or scoring.

All questions, explanations, revision sheets, illustrations and software on the platform are owned by UNLOCK or licensed to it. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Practice questions are original works authored for this platform. Any resemblance to a third-party question paper is incidental and unintentional.

Paid plans grant an access window starting the day of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partner and activate access immediately after verification.

Plans are single-payment windows with no hidden auto-debit. Renewing simply opens a fresh window from the renewal date.

• Access ends on the expiry date unless renewed.
• XP, streaks, badges and rank are never deleted on expiry.
• Where a refund is required by law, it is processed to the original payment method.

We work to keep the platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages or network conditions may cause temporary unavailability.

We may add, change or retire features and content. Where a change materially reduces a paid benefit, we will provide a reasonable remedy.

UNLOCK is a practice and analytics tool. It does not guarantee any examination result, rank or selection. Scores, percentiles and predictions are estimates for study guidance only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the platform or threatens the security of other learners' data.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Where an account is terminated for a terms violation, unused paid access may be forfeited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the institute's registered location.
